Oh my God. This is serious.
Please get yourself tested right away.

    its possible if the docter or who ever put the needle in you had allready put that same needle in someone else who had HIV but its more then likely that you WOULDENT get HIV

    No. You see, the phlebotomist has to have health certificates etc to working in such a place. If any thing, she is the one at risk of catching something from you. After all no body really knows your status. But don’t worry she is well protected with gloves, goggles etc.

    Uh, only if they’re using a needle that has already been used to take someone’s blood who has HIV.

    If they use a disposable needle that has not been used on anybody else (As US law dictates), then no. There is no possible way.

    No. Needles are never reused. A new, sterile needle is used for each patient.
