When you are cleared from the current symptoms and feeling in perfect health, make a blood donation to the blood bank as they test every known disease including HIV.

Please avoid birth control pills and smoking. You and your body deserve better. Also, smoking makes a woman age faster and sound like a horse. My aunt looked like a prune in her 30s. I only want to tell you to stop smoking, if the entire world have not already told you. Smoking is an addiction, get over it.

Get tested before hitting the sack. Then you don’t have to ask all these health questions and worry in the first place. Make sure you add in the test for HSV1 and HSV2, these two are herpes tests that are usually not included in STD testing in CDC clinics.
