They usually reccomend getting tested 6 months after the unprotected sex or &quot;occurence&quot; because sometimes you can be exposed to HIV but your body will not make antibodies to it for 6 months, so to get a completely accurate result get tested in another 4 months and don&#039;t worry too much. If this one came back negative 2 months after your ordeal, the next one most likely will too.</description>
