Early HIV AIDS Symptoms And Treatment

I  have really high anxiety so this is really worrying me. Okay, today i went to the grocery store with my mom, and i used the touch screen self checkout, then wheni got home i washed my hands a couple of times, and i changed my tampon, i accidently touched the srting, which touches the inside of my underwear. Am i at any risk of getting something like Hiv if someone who had used it before me had it, even though i washed my hands? this is a serious question, no mean answers please. thanks so much
