Was it created and then giving to the natives of the Congo as a polio vaccine?
How could it just emerge at the same time when it was theoretically possible to make it?

Around beginning to mid December 2008 I had unprotected sex with a co-worker. He never came inside me. I was tested for all STD”s and HIV through the rapid test first week of January, last week of march, and first week of April. I don’t know his status. He says he’s clean, but I just want to make sure for myself. At the time didn’t even now that he was married, come to find out in February she’s pregnant. So I ask if she is tested and he says she is fine was tested and no HIV. Well i’m still scared, I’m just getting over a sinus infection, and my throat is still sore from the post nasel drip after about 2 weeks. The left side of my mouth behind my tongue is very sore. maybe from coughing so much? I also have a few small redish brownish bumps on the inside of my cheek. I am a smoker. Yesterday i felt nauseous and threw up, but I think it was from missing my birth control for 5 days then taking it again. IDK! Do i need further testing? Was my test on like April 2 good enough? It seems like I keep getting symptoms out of nowhere. Thanks to all who reply!! Also, I have not been with anyone since him in December.
